Hendrickson holding 3-day suspension training

Hendrickson has scheduled its next round of suspension training for the heavy-duty technicians with the eleventh session of the Hendrickson Vehicle Suspension Institute (HVSI).

Hundreds of technicians from the United States and Canada from independent repair facilities, fleets, and OE service dealerships have participated in the previous 10 sessions. These training sessions have taken place previously in Chicago, Canton, Toronto, Montreal, Calgary, Los Angeles, Exton and Greenville.

The HVSI program provides technicians and parts and service personnel with a basic orientation for the recommended installation, service, maintenance and repair procedures for Hendrickson truck, trailer, and lift axle suspension systems.

“It is our objective to train and educate as many technicians and parts professionals as possible to keep our customers’ trucks and trailers on the road and in optimum condition.” David McCleave, sales & marketing director for Hendrickson Truck Commercial Vehicle Systems, says.

Two sessions will be held from May 7-10 at the Universal Technical Institute (UTI) in Dallas-Fort Worth area. Each session is scheduled for one and one-half days including lecture and hands-on training on PRIMAAX EX and HAULMAAX vocational rear axle truck suspensions, SC COMPOSILITE lift axle and suspension failure analysis.

The training is conducted by Hendrickson’s regional field service managers.

For additional information about HVSI and how to sign up for upcoming and future sessions, please contact Jose Cabral at (630) 910-2836 or contact your local Hendrickson representative.
