Karmak publishes paper on fleet consolidation

KarmakKarmak has released the newest piece in its thought leadership series, “Weathering Fleet Consolidation in the Parts Department.”

Available HERE, the paper offers aftermarket businesses guidance for maintaining strong parts distribution levels during customer consolidation.

“For better or worse, dealing with this issue is a reality these days. Fleet consolidation seems to come in cycles and right now, we are in a period where there is quite a bit of consolidation. So it is important that you do everything in your power to position your business to be a beneficiary of consolidation and not a victim of it,” says Karmak’s Andy Thurmond, author.

This is the second consecutive paper Karmak has released focusing on fleet consolidation in its series.
