Truck Centers, Inc. (TCI), announced Tuesday it has added Western Star franchises to both of its locations in South Bend and Elkhart, Ind.
The two northern Indiana locations expands the dealer network’s expansive regional coverage of this premium brand of the Daimler Trucks North America lineup. TCI also sells and services Western Star trucks at seven other locations – Troy, Mount Vernon, Morton and Effingham, Ill.; St. Peters and St. Louis, Mo.; and Evansville, Ind.

TCI says it acquired the Freightliner franchises and dealer assets from Hill Truck Sales for the two locations in January 2016 and has already started the formal process working towards Freightliner Elite Support certification for these stores. With the South Bend location also being a member of the Freightliner Custom Chassis Oasis Network, TCI says it is excited for the momentum and opportunities still to come as its team is committed to providing customers in the region with a best-in-class experience for sales, parts, service and collision repair.
