Advantage Truck Group's dealership in Shrewsbury, Mass., earned Daimler Truck North America's (DTNA's) Elite Support certification for Freightliner and Western Star trucks for the 15th consecutive year.
"Our Elite Support certifications are a credit to the effort of every employee at ATG, from those on our shop floors and on the road to those in our offices," says ATG Vice President of Network Operations Christopher Pentedemos. "It's their focus on our customers and the culture they've created across our dealer network that makes us successful."

ATG's Raynham, Mass., dealership achieved Elite Support certification in May. Dealerships in Westfield, Mass.; Manchester, N.H.; and Westminster, Vt., were each recertified.
Elite Support certification involves a continuous improvement process covering all areas of customer service, ATG says, including overall quality of workmanship, rapid diagnosis with Express Assessment, turnaround times, robust parts availability and customer amenities. Each Elite Support dealership is recertified annually.
"Elite Support is a way of life at ATG and that translates into better and more consistent service for every customer," Pentedemos says. "We track, monitor and measure everything we do — from throughput in the shop and customer communications to technician training, in-stock parts inventory and more. The result is our customers' trucks are back on the road in a timely manner."
