Lion Electric has named Francois Beaulieu as chief information officer.
Continental has announced Tom Fanning is now responsible for Truck Tires, U.S. market; Scott Pall has been appointed head of Sales, Truck Tires, U.S. market; and Carolina Wagner has been appointed head of Marketing and Digital Solutions.
Daimler Trucks North America has named Steve Mignardi as vice president, on-highway market development.

Report: California will be allowed to set its own emissions limits

The White House reportedly will allow California to tighten emissions regulations passed by EPA, and enact them three years sooner.
