GenNext adds to Board of Directors

GenNext has voted and approved to install three new directors and one new senior advisor to its board of directors.

In an effort to keep representation equal and receive valuable input and feedback between the GenNext members and the board, GenNext says both suppliers and distributors will serve on the board with two-year alternating rotations.

The new directors are: Nikki Paschall – HDA Truck Pride in Brighton, Mich.; Erika Baker – Malmberg Truck & Trailer in Ottawa, Ontario; Nick Seidel – Action Truck Parts in Bolingbrook, Ill. The new senior advisor is Walt Sherbourne – Dayton Parts, Harrisburg, Pa.

“GenNext had an incredibly successful first year in 2014 with a very dedicated and supportive industry.  We’re really looking forward to 2015 and certainly appreciate the board members giving us their valuable time to help support this effort,” says Steve Hansen, president of GenNext.

GenNext is a non-profit organization that was formed in 2014 as the need for capable employees to help fill open positions in the heavy-duty aftermarket industry continues to rise.
